Our stay was quite enjoyable overall, with a fantastic location near Times Square that made it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were generally helpful, though some could have been a bit friendlier. Dining options were available but on the pricier side, and we preferred to explore nearby eateries instead. The facilities were good, but a couple of minor issues, like the shower pressure, could be improved.
While the location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of Times Square, my experience was disappointing. The rooms were not well-maintained, lacking basic amenities and comfort. The service was hit or miss; some staff were helpful but overall, it seemed understaffed and mismanaged. It’s a shame because the potential is there, but the execution leaves much to be desired.
